Wood Styles and Selections

Features

• Available in any size panel up to 4 feet wide and 10 feet long.

• Our Company's experienced engineering staff will help layout panel reveals for maximum yield and minimum costs. Divisions of 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' panels are most efficient.

• Standard veneers include Maple, Ash, Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, and Beech, but Our Company offers all veneers, both domestic and imported.

• A variety of installation options suits the needs of any project.

• Can be used in conjunction with any Our Company product for one source consistency. 

   

Finishes and Fire Retardancy

• Custom stains, clear sealers, or color treatments are spray applied using state-of-the-art finishing equipment.

• Our Company can custom match any color selected by the designer, architect, or owner's representative.

• Our Company Linear Wood is available with NFPA Class A or UBC Class 1 fire rating as tested in accordance with ASTM E-84.

• The fire treatment process does not affect the quality of the wood finish.

Special Considerations

Above Ceiling Access: Access above Flat Veneered Panel ceilings is easily achieved with a variety of installation techniques.  C-Hangers and Torsion Springs are the two most common installation methods for individual panel accessibility.

Lighting Fixtures: Light holes and other penetrations can be factory cut on Our Company's advanced CNC manufacturing equipment.  Penetrations can also be field cut by the contractor during installation.

Installation: Installation of Our Company Flat Veneered Panels varies depending on project requirements.  Accessible panels are most commonly installed with Z-hangers, z-clips, or torsion springs.  C-hangers simply screw to the backs of the panels and suspend the panels from standard 1/2" wide C-channel.  Torsion springs are fastened to the backs of the panels and using standard T-rail grid and a spring and clip mechanism.  Panels in areas where accessibility is not required can be direct screwed to T-rail grid on the back of the panel.  For wall applications, Z-clips provide a secure attachment to furring or a ply board wall.
